Tidy Bench Review
RM 600 — One session
A calm first session for owners who would like a clearer, well-ordered view of the business. We talk through where things stand, look gently at the key details, and note the few areas worth attention. You receive a short written reflection and a handful of unhurried suggestions, free to pause as you wish. A steady starting point.

Set the Tools Advisory
RM 1,300 — Two sessions
A practical engagement for owners ready to bring some order to how the business runs. Together we look at routines, pricing, and customer care, drawing up a calm plan that fits your capacity. Each idea is offered with care, never pressed. Includes two working sessions, a written plan, and one follow-up review.

We meet regularly to review progress, talk decisions through calmly, and adjust direction gently as things change. Our most complete offering, shaped patiently around your priorities. Includes monthly sessions, a shared plan, and considerate support between meetings.

Many clients move to Set the Tools or the Whole Workshop Programme after that first session, once they have a sense of what they want to work on. We are happy to talk it through before you decide anything.
